Star Hostel San Siro Fiera - Milan

the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They provided detailed information about transportation options and the city center. the location of the hostel was also very convenient, situated in a nice neighborhood with easy access to bus and metro stations. the facilities were good, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. the toilets were well-maintained and the wifi and heating system worked perfectly. Special mention goes to the receptionist Rojé, who went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable as female travelers. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🙌.

Unreliable wifi connection.

The rooms at Star Hostel San Siro Fiera have a cozy feel with beautiful wooden floors. As a light sleeper, I found the tranquility of the room to be extremely relaxing.

Personally, I would have preferred a room without a fan as its noise slightly disturbed my sleep.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the bus stop and metro. The rooms were clean and spacious, exceeding my expectations. The host was very hospitable and helpful, always available when needed.

Loved the "free" WiFi that barely worked and the sun terrace that was more of a construction site. Also, enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants, bars, and a grocery store nearby, because who needs a decent meal or a good night's sleep anyway?

Such a shame the bus ride to the San Siro Football Stadium was only 7 minutes, I was really looking forward to a longer journey.

We got great value for our money at this hostel. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and we even had a fan to battle the hot weather. The location was a bit remote, but we were aware of that and found it to be a peaceful spot. The staff, especially Bob, the owner, were really good too make our stay enjoyable. He had a great sense of humor and was helpful with maps, directions, and recommendations. We also appreciated the extra time he gave us for breakfast after our late arrival. Plus, the view of the Alps from the hostel was a nice bonus.

Bob, in particular, deserves a special mention for his warm hospitality and assistance in every situation. the hostel is located in a calm and green district, making it easy to get anywhere we wanted. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good bed and a tall wardrobe. the open balcony was a wonderful place to relax, and we enjoyed having a fridge and the ability to drink out there. The wifi in the rooms was also reliable, and we appreciated the unlimited hot drinks. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.
